Founded in 2025, Breaking Chains Initiative Inc. was created to support formerly incarcerated individuals as they rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and opportunity. Rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a second chance, our organization addresses the critical barriers to reentry by offering housing assistance, employment support, behavioral health resources, and life skills education. Through structured programs in job readiness, vocational training, substance use recovery, and family reunification, we empower participants to break the cycle of recidivism and create a future filled with purpose. Our services not only promote personal transformation but also foster stronger, safer communities.
